(4) He that speaks in a tongue upbuilds himself, but he that prophesies upbuilds a congregation. ... (26) What is to be done, then, brothers? When YOU come together, one has a psalm, another has a teaching, another has a revelation, another has a tongue, another has an interpretation. Let all things take place for upbuilding.
Finally, brothers, whatever things are true, whatever things are of serious concern, whatever things are righteous, whatever things are chaste, whatever things are lovable, whatever things are well spoken of, whatever virtue there is and whatever praiseworthy thing there is, continue considering these things.
Therefore keep comforting one another and building one another up, just as YOU are in fact doing.
